Project Description
Metro Church is a growing organization that wanted to give their administrative offices an industrial but welcoming feel. Numerous touchdown and collaborative areas populate the space in a free flowing manner. The ease by which visitors and staff move throughout the space embraces the welcoming nature personifying Metro Church.
The open ceiling, exposed lighting and raw steel materials set the tone, while the aged, polished concrete floor lends a warmth that captures the ample daylight that floods the space.
The build out included a childcare facility, media production studios and a casual break room that doubles as a touchdown area for visiting guests and staff. The Architect worked closely with the local jurisdiction to ensure that the creatively used multipurpose space could be permitted without delay.
