Ecolab was a renovation of an existing 40,000 square foot building in a corporate campus. The building connects the north and south buildings on the campus. The goal was to convert the building to build up the customer experience from its original function of being corporate focused. A customer showcase area was designed to highlight the benefits Ecolab provides to their customers. Being a company that designs chemical solvents for water purification, we tried to focus on water motifs throughout the design. This included riverwalk elements and wave panels. The bathrooms had to be reworked and updated to bring them up to ADA compliance. The building retained some office space, but focused more on increasing conference space. We added four medium-to-large sized conference rand six small huddle rooms. A break room was added to create an informal meeting space for employees to eat and relax.
