PROJECT DESCRIPTION
USCIS One Town Center is the new headquarters for the United States Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and Customs and Immigration Services (CIS). Located in Prince George’s County, Maryland, it features streetscape views, interior curtain-wall courtyards, and ribbon windows. Access was a big concern for this site, as it needed to be accessible by multiple modes of transportation for users and visitors alike. Situated across the street from the Branch Avenue stop on Metro’s Green Line, the site supports a drop-off curb, and a secure, separate parking garage.
