PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Facing the Miramichi River in Miramichi, New Brunswick, this project consists of 2 4-storey mid-rise residential towers perched on a podium that includes amenities and covered parking. The building features 110 units, comprising of studios, one, and two bedroom units. The building is designed with ICF walls, with metal cladding on the facades.
