PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Gulf Coast Regional Blood Center is located north of College Station’s Central Park at Krenek Tap. The 1-story, 11,000 sf pre-engineered metal building features a light-filled reception area, four screening rooms, and a large area dedicated to blood donation with eight donation stations. It also includes administration offices, a training area, and storage for donation equipment materials. The state-of-the-art building sits on 3.5 acres that will accommodate customer parking and a fleet of eight hospital service vans. The building's efficient design includes a warehouse and mobile preparation space to support Gulf Coast Regional Blood Center outreach services.
