PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This three-building project boasts 32’ clear heights, LED site lighting, cross-dock loading, rear clerestory windows, curtainwall glazed entries, and trailer parking on site. Typical bay sizes are 55’x52’ with speed bay depths of 60’. These buildings are equipped with recesses at every-other overhead door for tenant dock leveler equipment.
Additionally, the site has access from four curb cuts off the main road, quick access to a major area highway, and at least one drive-in ramp and overhead door directly into the building.
Phase one consists of two Class A, 365,400 SF, cross-docked industrial buildings totaling 730,800 SF. Phase two consists of one Class A, 860,720 SF, cross-docked building.
