The Quality Plan is established in accordance
with the Powers Brown Project Management Manual, and is developed to complement
the Project Management Process by formalizing key activities of the Process.
As a member of the Powers Brown team, it is each employee's responsibility to
understand and conform to the standards, policies and procedures contained in
our Quality Control Manual that is found under QA/QC on our intranet website.
The underlying theme of this document is to "do it right the first time" and
to provide the "second set of eyes." The manual states: "Efficient production
of a quality document comes through continuous attention to our customer's
requirements, clear communication of these requirements to our team and
suppliers, and the application of appropriate production methods."
